- The shop keeper has a name and a voice now, the Pedlar, who greets you and reacts as you buy, sell, and reroll
- Sell installed powerups and held consumables back at the shop, with a section showing what you already own
- Claim board powerups yourself in vs-AI and online matches, the same prompt campaign already had

- The shop is rebuilt around the Pedlar, a portrait rail beside two counter zones for powerups and consumables
- The Pedlar bust and the shop pack parcels are painted art now
- The cut picker and the mark picker wear the same modal chrome as the rest of the game
- Press ENTER to advance the summary modals, and the keycap clicks when you do
- Online mark picks now share the same waiting screen the shop uses
- Tuned challenge mode from the first live week, builds install at full strength and the standings open cleanly after a run
