Added
- Cards move on the table outside the tutorial. The deal flies off the deck into both hands, the discards fly face down into the crib, and each card played from a hand flies into the row before the count moves
- When your winning peg lands you get a brass sweep, a win sting and a shake, and a board the rival takes ends on a losing sting
- The end of board and end of match screens count their numbers in row by row
- Beat a rival by a skunk in a campaign or vs. AI match and the summary stamp says SKUNKED or DOUBLE SKUNKED instead of DEFEATED. A double skunk lands with a sharper sting and a shake
- Outside the tutorial, cutting a jack calls HIS HEELS beside the cut card, with the points it scores
- A hand or crib that counts nothing is called a nineteen in the show title instead of +0
- Catch a rival's miscount and a MUGGINS stamp lands above their name, a ring on their rail marks the holes they left, and your peg takes them
- Shopping moves. What you buy flies from the counter onto your shelf, what you sell flies back to the counter, and the Pedlar bobs at every buy, sale, re-deal and level up
- A pack opens now. The parcel splits over the offers and the cards turn face up one after another. The Long Tally reward cards turn up the same way, and the timer waits for the last one
- Moments that made no sound do now. A treasure tile, a powerup firing in the show count, a peg dragged backwards in the pegging, the rival's chair as they start the pegging, the VS strike before a campaign or challenge match, and hovering a covered card in the pegging row
Improved
- Board prizes, the deck view and the hand log have sounds of their own instead of the menu click, and rare prizes won off the board no longer borrow the trophy fanfare
- The end of match summaries no longer scroll. On a tight screen they drop the least important lines first, and a duplicate match's final row always stays in view
- A run opened from Run History shows as one card, not a card inside a card
- THE COUNT reads side by side, your number on the left and the rival's on the right, one line per phase
- When you have a build and the rival had none, the campaign summary says NO POWERUPS on their side instead of leaving it blank
- The online hub fits the screen without a scroll bar. Its text links are proper buttons now, on a tight screen the weekly challenge banner folds to one line, and in the full game the season leaderboard line shows at the default size for the first time
- At large text sizes the top bar and footer on each menu page, and the match table's top bar, give up their least important items first, so the settings cog and the page's main button stay on screen
- Each Settings category's highlight covers its caption as well as its name, and at large text a long description moves onto its own line below its control instead of squeezing beside it
- Most settings no longer show their value twice, once on the control and again at the end of the row
- The title screen's beta note no longer prints over the logo at large text, and the profiles page tagline no longer runs into the save cards
- The dyslexia font sets words and letters a little closer. Its lines run about a quarter longer than the standard font instead of half again as long, so more fits before a line wraps
- In the tutorial the Coach's banner slides down off the rival's crib while the Coach is talking about it, and goes back up for the cut
Fixed
- Save cards show their record, streak and last played again. Resume is the one highlighted button on a card, and a controller's confirm resumes the save instead of opening Rename
- The Compendium no longer prints two lines of debug text
- In a translated game Skip's lines in a weekly challenge were signed with the word for the skip button. They are signed Skip now
- In German, the Compendium, rival dossiers and speech bubble names now spell ß as SS in capitals instead of showing a lowercase letter
- With the dyslexia font on, card suits in the Events log were tiny. They draw full size now, the same as on the cards
